CANCELLATION POLICIES

Parties: - 7 or more days in advance refund deposit less $50. service fee. Less than 7 days, deposit is non-refundable.

Lessons: 24 hours notice for rescheduling, 48 hours notice for refund.

Tours: Non-refundable. 2 days or more in advance, can be rescheduled. Less than 2 days, please consider giving your space to friends or family.

Events: Non-refundable. Please consider giving your space to a friend or family member. 

Farm Life Camp: No refunds for cancellations less than 30 days in advance. Cancellations prior to that will be refunded less a $50. processing fee per week, per child.  Due to our very small group size, we are unable to refund for sick children —please consider sending a sibling or friend in their place (with a new registration form).

If for any reason we need to cancel an event, you are entitled to a full refund of monies paid or rescheduling at your choice.
